Terms and Conditions — Woof Waggin'

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Woof Waggin' services. By booking or using our services you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms please do not use our services.
1. Services
Woof Waggin' provides mobile dog outing services including group dog outings, park visits, and supervised outdoor adventures in the Beaufort County, South Carolina area. All services are subject to availability and approval through our onboarding process.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To use Woof Waggin' services your dog must meet the following requirements:
Be current on all required vaccinations including Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP
Be friendly and comfortable around other dogs and people
Have completed the Woof Waggin' home visit and approval process
Wear the official Woof Waggin' approved harness during all outings
Be free of any contagious illnesses or conditions at the time of service
3. Home Visit Requirement
All new clients are required to complete a $99 home visit before their dog can participate in any Woof Waggin' outing. The home visit includes a meet and greet with Jennifer, a safety and temperament assessment, and your dog's official Woof Waggin' approved harness. The home visit fee is non-refundable once the visit has been completed.
4. Booking and Payments
All bookings must be made through the Woof Waggin' website at woofwagginbft.com
Payment is required at the time of booking
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor Stripe
Packages never expire and may be used at any time
Single ride bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance
Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled outing will not count toward your package rides
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled outing may count as a used ride at Jennifer's discretion
No shows without notice will count as a used ride
Woof Waggin' reserves the right to cancel outings due to severe weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases your ride will not count toward your package.
6. Health and Safety
You agree that your dog is in good health and up to date on all required vaccinations at the time of each outing
You agree to notify Woof Waggin' immediately if your dog has been exposed to any illness, injury, or behavioral changes prior to a scheduled outing
Woof Waggin' reserves the right to refuse service to any dog that appears ill, injured, or poses a safety risk to other dogs or staff
In the event of a medical emergency Woof Waggin' will attempt to contact you immediately and may seek emergency veterinary care at your expense
7. Liability and Assumption of Risk
By using Woof Waggin' services you acknowledge and agree that:
Outdoor activities and group dog outings involve inherent risks
Woof Waggin' and Jennifer Poole are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or incidents that may occur during outings despite our best efforts to ensure safety
You are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by your dog to other dogs, people, or property
Woof Waggin' carries general liability insurance however you are encouraged to carry your own pet insurance
8. Photography and Social Media
Woof Waggin' may take photos and videos of your dog during outings for the purpose of sending post-ride updates to you and for use on our social media platforms and marketing materials. By using our services you grant Woof Waggin' permission to use photos and videos of your dog for these purposes. If you do not wish for your dog to be featured on social media please notify Jennifer in writing at [email protected].
9. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and submitting our intake forms you consent to receive SMS text messages from Woof Waggin' regarding your bookings, reminders, and service updates. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
10. Modifications to Service
Woof Waggin' reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Woof Waggin' services shall be resolved in the courts of Beaufort County, South Carolina.
